Al1070 pure aluminum series materials can be used for forging , AL6063 series materials can also be used for forging , two materials can share a set of molds , thereby increasing customer’s choice to meet different needs ! 3 , good heat dissipation structure . The heat sinks / sank substrate (bottom plate ) and the fins are integrally formed into any gap between them . The heat of the substrate can be conducted to the heat sink fins without blocking . In the aluminum parts and brazing parts , the heat-dissipating substrate and the heat sink are riveted or braze together after being processed by the car , and there must be a space between them ; an indirect thermal resistance is generated , and the thermal expansion and contraction during use of the lamp is also used . Shrinking can also lead to gaps and large gaps . It also increases thermal resistance and is not conducive to heat conduction . 4 , the product structure is different . The upper and lower sides of the bottom plate can be formed into an opposite structure of a cold forging process , and both sides can also be stamped on / out a special shape to ensure that an opposite structure is formed into the back surface of the substrate so as to be better combined with the heating element ! 5 , large heat dissipation area . The cool fin thickness of the cold forged radiator can be 0.7MM , the spacing can be 1MM , and the aspect ratio is above 1 : 50 . The thin and numerous heat sink fins greatly increase the contact area with the air , which is more conducive to air convection heats / heated dissipation . 6 , small size and light weight . Compare with diing castings and car aluminum parts and brazing parts , pure aluminum cold forging radiator due to the above advantages , the same volume shape can be used for heat dissipation of higher power lamps (such as the traditional 5W radiator , the same volume shape Pure aluminum forging radiator can do 7W ) .
